If, within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, you feel that your digital guide is not the elegant companion you envisioned for your lifestyle, you may request a full refund of the purchase price. No lengthy justification is required — a simple message to our support team is enough.
2. Eligibility
- The refund request must be sent within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
- The request must be sent from the same email address used to place the order.
- Refunds apply to the specific purchased item; unrelated products or previous orders outside the guarantee window are not eligible.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name.
- The email address used for the order.
- The order number or a copy of your purchase confirmation.
- The name of the product you would like refunded.
4. Processing Time
